Purpose Driven Media Group LLC
Terms & service information
Clear expectations for using a screening and considering paid support.
Effective September 9, 20261. About the service
Purpose Driven Media Group LLC provides public-visibility screenings and media consulting for businesses, churches, ministries and nonprofits. These terms address website and screening use. An existing signed service agreement governs its agreed work; this page does not change that agreement or add charges to it.
2. Free screening and paid services
The baseline visibility screening is free. Starting a screening or emailing a request does not create a payment obligation.
The in-depth Visibility Analysis (Visibility Roadmap) is $160 for the year. It adds an in-depth evidence review, prioritized recommendations, a 30-day action plan and a review conversation. Ministry and nonprofit Visibility Foundation is $650 one time. Ministry and nonprofit Ongoing Media Partnership is $425 per month. For new business engagements, Business Visibility Foundation starts at $950 one time and Business Growth Partnership starts at $750 per month; see the included scope and limits. Implementation and ongoing media services require a separate agreed scope.
Before paying, obtain written confirmation from PDM of the service period, the number and timing of reviews or updates, delivery timing, any additional work, renewal arrangements, and cancellation or refund terms. Annual pricing does not mean unlimited work.
Payment buttons open Square-hosted checkout for Purpose Driven Media Group LLC in a new tab. PDM’s website does not collect your card details. The current links collect single payments: $160 for the agreed annual analysis, $650 for the agreed ministry/nonprofit Foundation engagement, or $425 for one month of ministry/nonprofit partnership. Business Foundation and Growth work is scoped before a separate invoice is issued. These links do not enroll you in automatic recurring billing.
Review the service and total on Square before completing payment and retain your receipt. Contact PDM with your organization name and receipt reference to coordinate the agreed work; do not email card details. Payment does not automatically unlock additional report access in the screening app, and returning to this site is not proof that payment succeeded. An existing paid agreement does not require a duplicate payment.
3. Changes, cancellations and payment questions
Contact sales@purposedrivenmedia.group promptly if you need to change or cancel work, or question a payment. The written terms for the particular engagement and applicable law govern refunds and cancellations. This website does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or replace rights available under applicable law.
A meeting request is a request for a time; it is not a confirmed appointment until PDM confirms the details.
4. Responsible use and submitted materials
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Use public links and only authorize logo use if you own the logo or have permission. You retain rights in materials you supply and permit PDM to use them as needed for the requested screening or agreed service.
Do not submit confidential personal records, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misrepresent another organization. PDM may restrict misuse or investigate inaccurate submissions.
5. What scores mean
Screenings are directional assessments of accessible public information at a point in time. Automated checks and source matching can be incomplete or wrong. A missing or blocked source does not prove that an organization lacks the underlying activity or capability.
Scores and planning targets do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, donations, attendance, or other results. A screening is not an accessibility certification, security audit, legal determination, financial assessment, or evaluation of ministry health or spiritual faithfulness. Read how screening works and confirm important findings before acting.
6. Reports, links and third-party content
Business report links can be viewed by anyone who obtains them. Share reports and exports with care. Public-source quotations, links, logos and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. A source appearing in a report does not imply that the source endorses PDM.
You may use your report to plan work and discuss findings with your organization and advisers. Do not present illustrative examples as actual client outcomes or altered results as PDM’s verified findings.
7. Availability, privacy and questions
Source availability and service interruptions can affect screenings. Reports may need a fresh review when information changes. Keep a copy of a delivered report if you need it for your records.
See the privacy statement for account, report and contact-information handling. If a finding appears incorrect, send the report identifier and the relevant public source to PDM so it can be reviewed.
